MG Chemicals 846-80G Carbon Conductive Grease 80g Tub NEW!!!

Good stuff for radio antenna and ground connections
I used this for a vehicle CB and Ham radio install. Slathered it on the ground bolt threads and connections, and put a dab on the antenna connections to keep them dry and free of corrosion. I used a paint brush to make sure I didn't accidentally short anything to ground that didn't need to be. Mine did come with the conical nozzle, though I didn't use it. Now, it's a mess, and it absolutely gets on everything. Go sparingly and use gloves if you have them. It'll stain skin and clothing. That's a small price to pay though. It's a little pricey, but that tube will go a LONG way.

    Great basic hydrometer
This is a great basic hydrometer. The price is good and it works. The tube it comes in can be used as a makeshift measuring vial as well if it's all you have handy.

    Great value
I a new HAM operator and this is my first antenna so I don't have a basis for comparison, but I am 100% satisfied. It's solidly built, and in the Chattanooga area I have hit 30 repeaters so far, some up to 40 miles out with good reports. It's mounted 30 feet up on an EZ-31 eave mount and fed with about 40 feet of LMR-400. I have read some reviews complaining about water intrusion, so I sealed every seam with mastic tape, though I really think it wasn't necessary. The center break is sealed with a silicone compression gasket and has a solid fit. Other seams are filled with what looks like epoxy. So yeah, I like it.
