I'm amazed at how easy it slices a large raw potato, and rinses easily..

title seems real and not an over sell
2 of 2 found this helpful best of all of the non stick pans that I have ever used, and I do have one that the original price was around $250, but lost much of it's non stick quality, but still is a very nice pan, but is about the same as a cast iron pan, but the non stick quality was pretty much gone within a year. So far the granite rock pan is the best I have ever used, and don't know how the non stick quality will last, but does have a guarantee and I don't have to baby the pan etc. so I'll see. The price though is very reasonable even if they only last a year, it is still worth the $...

very detailed
It is the only lid I could get that would fit the 12" granite rock fry pan, and since it is multi sized it will fit one of the smaller pans too.
