Blue-striped Sleepy Bunny
ALL babies love this bunny, but ALAS! it will no longer be produced! I have given it as a new baby gift
many times, including to my own grandchildren. It lasts much longer than other stuffed animals, and
the kids have loved the bunnies for many years, even into their teens. I have bought the pink ones, the blue
ones and the beige ones, and found matching outfits for the babies themselves.

Excellent Intro to the Period
A very special book as an addition to a course I recently took. Nice photos, good explanation of the background of the Arts and Crafts movement.

Junkie Business
1 of 1 found this helpful This book, these characters, are WAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY outside my usual realm of people I know or meet, but it was fascinating to read how the guys set up and ran their heroin dealing network. It was sad, too, to realize that they would never really rise above their addiction or their life style. The author did some very unusual research and probably took some chances doing it, too. I admire him for that. The book has been used as a text in college classes, and is getting increasingly hard to find. Too bad, because it is an excellent non-fiction story, and could probably prevent some young people from starting to use hard drugs, if they read it. In the Introduction, it is mentioned that this book would make an excellent movie. I hope some screenwriter grabs it and runs with it!
