Brand new, followed instructions and the damn thing wont heat up at all. Might as well get in a bubbling ice bath.
I set the thing up exactly as the instructions laid out. And the damn thing won't heat at all.. its been two weeks still like a big glass of ice water. It was brand new in the box. No idea what I am supposed to do now.
