One half of the Ultimate A&A experience
I'm a big fan of the series and this is one-half of the ultimate official Axis and Allies experience. New sculpts for Italy compared to the 1st edition. AA pieces for each nation instead of tokens. Pair with Pacific 1940 to make Global 1940

This is a phenomenal starter set and certainly one of the best from any wargame.

If it calls to you, but it now
I have wanted this game for a long time and hesitated based on some negative reviews. I, for one, have absolutely enjoyed the contest between the empire and the rebellion. The components are gorgeous and the struggle engrossing. Eagerly looking forward to my next match.
