Old looking tires

The tires are dusty and don't look new. Not sure why it is that. They were shipped directly to Pep Boys which did not do good job installing them either. The flat tire light went on before I got home. So I tested with my electric pump. None of the four tires are in correct pressure. So I adjusted them. But one of the tire could not keep the pressure. I had to drive back to the shop for them to fix it. Hope it will not have problem later on.
