3 of 3 found this helpful Have SI joints compression and have severe lower back when walking (had to sit for just a min after 50' to 75' distance or if I stood after 3 or 4 min) this as been for past 15 yrs. tried injections in back for 3yrs approx every 3 or 4 months No help with problem Can not take narcotics so I just dealt with pain Started taking this beginning of Feb 2016. within a matter of 2days I got most relief I have had in last 15 yrs. Still have problem but can now walk and stand for longer periods with less pain. Passed info on and now have 5 other people taking capsules all enjoying relief from their arthritis pains
