Refused to accept my cancellation because the item would be shipped too late to make it to me on time. I had to contact eBay, then they refused to ac

I had to contact eBay, then they refused to acknowledge what eBay was telling them. They still proceeded to “ship” the item. In reality the item was not shipped, just provided the tracking number but it’s been stalled on the “usps” waiting for item. Worse experience ever.
