Original BowFlex handles.
These original BowFlex handles aren’t great if you use them a lot. I use mine at least three times a week. They wear out rather quickly. I’ve gone through a lot of them over the past 20 years or so. But I was glad to find these at a good price, and they were delivered in a timely manner and in perfect condition.

Not bad
It’s not great, it’s a k-cup, so it’s expensive and certainly not as good as freshly ground and brewed. That being said, it’s quick, easy and better than the other French roast k-cups I’ve tried, so I willing pay for it.
