Works well, easy to use. Do it yourself and save $$$ over calling a plumber.

Works well, easy to use. Made pulling out a ~20 year old cartridge easy with very minimal effort. Replacing a cartridge is something that most people that are handy around the house can do themselves without having to call a plumber. If I didn't have the cartridge puller, it would have been quite a struggle to get the frozen old cartridge out.
