Good and Fast!
Needed this for my USAF Auxiliary duty and the price was very reasonable and it shipped with lightening speed.

These are Sound, Well-Made Time Pieces
Of course, there are more modern digital stopwatches available at about the same cost, but if one collects these then they are among the ruggedest and most accurate mechanical devices of this type you can find.
The gentleman I purchased mine from is in Russia and apparently found a warehouse full of these and makes them available at a reasonable price. Mine arrived in about ten days and in very good condition with minimal signs of external ware. It was virtually new inside and, although it was pretty close to accurate, it was a relatively simple to set it to within less than a tenth of a second on the full face measure of 60 minutes by using the internal adjustments. (Whose range spanned +/- 2 seconds.)
If purchasing, I would ONLY look at auctions that have pictures of the crystal (for scratching), the side and back (for rust , scratches, gouge marks, etc.) and the innards (for corrosion or rust).
Good luck and happy hunting.

Easy Peasy Japanese-y
You drill a hole, stick one of these things in it, twist it, and it gets bigger. Stop twisting when the hole is the size you want it to be and -- bang -- you're done!
