Every remote needs this.

Everybody with remote control needs these. Gives a good grip, easier to see/find, 'clings' where set. We get them for all our remotes. Helpful hint tho: Put in HOT water to soften/stretch to put on easier. These are original DishNetwork product, but impossible to find on their website. Our installer showed them to us so we got more for all our remotes. They will stretch over time so we replace them when needed.

Replacement Hoover Steam Vac tank better made

I was quite satisfied with my Hoover Steam Vac until the clean water tank began leaking profusely and I couldn't see why. The tank was blue tint, so finally a friend could see a crack inside. The replacement tank is clear plastic so I can see inside now. So far, so good. I can see why eBay seller GlensVacuum has 100% positive on 21,335 reviews. [my review: 5 stars all the way,OUTSTANDING descrip,EARLY delivery,Auto-email,good BIN $$] His ad explained my problem: "This clean water & solution tank is a brand new, and improved design from Hoover, to correct the problems of cracking and leaking tanks. The new Supply Tank utilizes a new molding technique, and can be identified by the one piece construction. The Solution side of the Tank is no longer a separate tank adhered to the Tank Assembly, but is rather molded in one piece together with the Clean Water side. The material used for the tank is a different, and more durable one as well."

Timer or as a (not necessarily) "Alarm" Clock

Useful as a Timer, but as an Alarm Clock... You have a choice to use Vibration or the "bell ring" which is NOT necessarily a bell sound (evidently set in factory). Instead it could be a woman singing in Chinese(?) in a calming voice. Singing does not wake me up. It should be a loud, startling, alarming sound, such as a bell. The insert notes "The bell ring: 1 minute (has "ling ..." or the musical sound, choose in the factory)]"
