this is the second book I have bought of Thich's and its so clear and simple the wisdom of mindfulness coupled with its deep practicality in daily life as well as the experiences that he had himself . Of real value to seekers and Buddhists alike.

basic paint pad now quite difficult to get hold of in the major diy stores
I think they went out of fashion but they are extremely useful and produce a decent finish.
