A good fan for no power

This is a great fan for not needing power and being read to use out of the box. After taking the fan out of the box the fan did take a moment to heat up and then started working great. The fan is very quiet and is fairly safe being that the fan will stop if you accidentally place your finger in the blades. One word of caution with this fan using heat energy make sure the handle for the fan is available as the heat sink fins will be hot. The fan works well and does take a while to cool down before it stops. As I mentioned in the title the fan is good without any power being needed, however compared to a 120v fan you will have more air movement with the 120v fan compared to the ecofan. This fan will help being in a rural area when the power goes out in the winter.
