You have to go to Jeep dealership
1 of 2 found this helpful I watched a You Tube video on this when I got it in the mail and tried to program my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and it did not work. I also called a locksmith and he said he could not help me either. I finally called the Jeep dealership and he said yes they can program it there but it would cost me $55.00. Oh well I guess if you have $ like that and/or need the convenience of the key less entry it is good.
