Palm's apex -- will be sadly missed
This is the last great phone Palm released. Palm's Windows Mobile phones were forever behind the curve, and the hoped for blockbuster WebOS only produced the disappointing Pre and Pixi, and unsupported Veer. I miss the simple functionality of PalmOS.

The only Omega 3 with DHA and EPA that never has any heavy metals, is completely sustainable, and vegan
I've been taking Nordic Algae Omega for 4 years or more.
By using oil from algae grown in a controlled environment, this solves the dual problem of fish oils, namely heavy metal contamination and sustainability.
Large fish oils were the first sold as supplements, but they were contributing to overfishing, and the large fish had higher concentrations of heavy metals.
Smaller fish and krill (small shrimplike sea creatures) then became popular, because the lower on the food chain the less concentrated the heavy metals. But long term harvesting will not be sustainable, as well as these oils not being acceptable to strict or preferential vegetarians and vegans.
Other sustainable and pure vegetables sources (such as flax seed) only provide ALA, not EPA and DHA, According to the Harvard Health Newsletter (search for it yourself), "The main problem with ALA is that to have the good effects attributed to omega-3s, it must be converted into EPA and DHA. As a result, only a small fraction of it has omega-3's effects."
This algae oil is the base of the food chain for EPA and DHA. The algae is what the krill eat, the small fish eat the krill, and the large fish eat the small fish.
Since it is grown in a controlled food production environment, it is free from contamination and has no impact on our seas. And it is the only vegan source of EPA and DHA in your diet.

Very nice shirts, but well under size
I ordered 2xl and they were very tight in the chest and shoulders. I've had Marino Bay 2xl before and it fit great.
SIzing aside, this is a very soft 60/40 cotton poly blend that seems well made and the colors are very nice.
Sadly, I have to return because of the side, and for that reason I cannot recommend the item to others.
