Not sure if it cools as advertised
4 of 4 found this helpful It seems to do an ok job but not sure if it will cool 700 SQ feet adequately. I have it cooling a room that's maybe 300 sq. Feet on a second floor. It's been ok but not as well as expected on those really hot 90 degree days

Just as described
1 of 1 found this helpful Good quality product. My only issue is the clumping litter gets stuck between the grates sometimes and it makes clean up a little more difficult. Going to try a different clumping litter to see if that fixes the problem.

Works great!
May need to reapply throughout the day. Gives the roots a sticky feel but not greasy.
