No micro chip lock for preventing 2nd cat from getting out.

I don't even know if it worked or not. When I unboxed and looked at it,I realized that it DID NOT Lock"with a chip", it swung out freely,unless manually locked. I need to keep one of my cats from going out... So no good for me.
