I am at fault. I made the mistake. When will I ever learn ? If you are expecting a high quality, $300. at Walmart or Costco Christmas Tree for $70., be real. You will receive a $70. value and quality item. If you have the mindset that this is a $70. tree, you will not be disappointed. If you expect more, you will be disappointed. The item shipped very fast and arrived intact and undamaged. This tree would make a great outdoor decoration, or, a tree for the office, etc.
