Great looking rims
I replaced the factory rims with these, perfect fit and they look great on my 2015 Dodge Dart. Had a small clearance issue with the dust cap on the rear wheels but was an easy fix

no difference from factory
Per Sylvania, these are bright white and "whitest" they offer. These are no brighter then the factory bulbs or the Sylvania Silver Star Ultra I am replacing. These are no brighter or whiter so not able to recommend. I have already ordered a pair of 9012 LED 's to replace these Sylvania Silver Star ZXE Gold after just 1 day of nighttime driving.
