I’m so upset with my current “rating”. I had one negative response, a person ordered a item on the day I broke my leg. I was hospitalized and had surgery, I spent a month in a skilled nursing facility. On top of that, my cell phone broke. I reached out to the buyer and tried to explain the situation, it seemed to make no difference. I’m very fast shipping items that I sell and try my best to provide good customer service. I received the wrong item after days of waiting. I did finally request a full refund which I did get. I was told the seller had two shipments that day and put the shipping label on my package. I was deeply disappointed. I finally ordered from another vendor. I will not do business with this shop again.

Not a great experience. First, seller shipped the wrong globe. They caught the error, notified me promptly and shipped the correct globe right away. The new globe arrived broken (due to poor packaging). The seller was apologetic, said to keep or donate the incorrect globe (rather than sending it back, as first requested) and issued me a refund. I understand that mistakes happen but overall this has been a frustrating experience and I have ultimately ended up without the globe that I need.
