Knife doesn’t hold the blade

I have several knives of other manufacturers fact. I bought this to test. only a few uses, the knife no longer securely holds the blade. Now, the blade slips out when attempting to use. I'm using the blade size #11 that came with it. And, I'm only cutting photographs printed from the printer. A waste of money.
