The book is very helpful for busy working moms.
I bought this cookbook, Desperation Dinner!, for my sister who works full time and has three fourteen year olds who keep her chauffeuring most afternoons and evenings. The book suggests items to keep in the pantry and recipes to have a home-cooked dinner in a very short time. My sister and I both thought the book was an excellent addition to her daily repertoire of recipes.
