The quality seems good, but too large and too firm to work as a neck pillow for me. I should have paid more attention to the reviews.

A WONDERFUL CLEANING TOOL!
I love this cleaner and wish I had it discovered it long ago! It's great for cleaning every surface in my house! I love the fact that it has various size brush attachments for cleaning different places.
As mentioned on a review I read before purchasing, I also found it very useful to use microfiber towels (which can be purchased in the auto supply section of stores) with any cleaning job. I like to wrap a small towel around any of the brushes using a rubber-band. This prevents the water from dripping as much, and is also less harsh on delicate surfaces (paint, grout, etc.).
With two cups of water (I use distilled water as suggested), the machine will steam for approximately an hour. You do need to take a short break between refills to give the water time to heat (about 7-8 minutes), but this isn't really inconvenient because after an hour I feel I've earned it!
It makes cleaning more fun and easier for any cleaning job. However, the heat from the steam doesn't make it ideal for use on a hot summer day. It also works great on floors with the attachment provided. Using the two long pipe-like attachments it works great as a mop.

Excellent product
I have used this product in the past with excellent results. Directions state it should be kept refrigerated.
