Not good quality

I purchased this guitar as my first one to learn and I quickly realized I had made a mistake. It never stays in tune and the strings keep popping off. I feel like this is a good gift for a child who wants to play around with an instrument. This is not for someone who actually wants to learn to play. The fret marks are missing as well.
