Excellent for Cornish X birds!
Our Cornish X birds average dressed weight is between 5 and 7 pounds depending on if they are male or female. The birds fit nicely in this cone. I am able to grab the head and pull it down with little effort giving ample room for knife work. I recommend this for birds of that type. Sorry, I do not know their live weight.

America's history - the real deal!
I am using this book as a resource for the American History class that I am teaching to the youth group at my church. It is very factual and is easy to find needed facts making it a pleasure to work with. It is great to have a volume like this, that presents history from a Christian perspective to use for lesson preparation. When my child is older it will also be beneficial in teaching American History to him. And I can't wait to go to the many historic places mentioned in the book now that I an armed with this knowledge. This book is awesome!

Line Tightener
It is a bit hard to thread, but once it is threaded, it holds very good. Now my wife can tighten the line without me and she is very happy. If mommas happy were all happy! We've only had it for a short time so I cannot attest to its durability.
