It works simply, good product.
Card is good, and simply works. It is kind of tedious to mount depending on your laptop because antenna connections can be tricky to plug. (Used it on Dell 7480)
Connection is stable and in my use case could easily sustain 70-80mbps in both directions on 4G in my area.
Be sure to download driver since without it it does affect battery life.

Surprisingly good quality
This is probably one of the top 5 most bang for the buck items I ever bought. Didn't expect wonders from a thin wire saw but from what I've tested it cuts into dry wood, mild steel and brass with no problems other than not being as efficient as regular saw. Very light, compact and with comfortable grips. Good thing to have in a backpack. One thing to potentially worry about, to the trained eye it highly resembles garote from Hitman game so try not to whip it out in public you might scare off some gamers.
