I love this workout

I've done this tape for several years - usually twice a week. It is just the right speed, has a little bit of everything and works out every part of you. It reshapes your body and I can tell a difference in how I look when I do it. It starts with a warm up, then light cardio, then it has upper body exercises, then lower body, then ab area, some fun waste twists using a broomstick or other stick and then cooldown. It takes about 55 minutes. It's easy and fun to do and I highly recommend it.
