It has increased my vitamin D level according to my blood work.
My labwork at my doctors office is showing my level of vitamin D is now normal!

No need to send a picture. The box looks the same as it used to, but inside it’s GRANULES and not the FLAKES they’re suppose to be!!!!
It tasted horrible!!!! The Hungry Jack instant potatoes are suppose to be flakes!!!! These 2 boxes of Hungry Jack instant potatoes are GRANULES, and they taste HORRIBLE! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
