It does what it's designed for
The angle of the product is perfect for any phone propped up horizontally or vertically. The 3 stars is for the fact that the product is not phone case friendly.
My phone outside of its case fits snug. Phone with a case throws off the angle, and does not fit as well. From time to time, the elephant also tips over.

Useless
2 of 2 found this helpful I tried this product with chicken noodle soup. the product did help me get the food into the bowl but also onto the table. There is a huge flaw in the design. You slip the funnel onto the lips of your pot, but this will not prevent the soup from getting under the slip of the funnel and eventually spilling out. Poor design.

Not designed properly
1 of 2 found this helpful Please watch youtube videos regarding this product which will show you all the faults in this particular item and how its bad engineering will deprive you off the clean suction you want. The connector for the tube has 4 slots on the top of it. These four slots seems like they can be covered, in a mechanism similar to a sliding a cap over the four holes....only problem the design of the cap was so faulty that sometimes you can find the four holes are not 100% covered up to get that intense suction. Now the cap had predetermined bumps, that determines how far you can twist the top over the holes, so no you cannot just simply twist it a little more to get the full coverage. The tube is unbendable, making it hard to maneuver and clean despite the shark rocket being so light in your other hand. The bristles on the brushes are incredibly soft. Overall, this product was a waste of money, despite all the CVS commercials that showed how great this product was. I should have done my research and I hope my review can save you some bucks to invest on a more reliable means of detail cleaning.
