Purchased, Received a new one and still no luck

When I first received this item the packaging was completely crushed and the decal was unusable. I contacted the creator of the decal and he immediately sent me out a new one. He told me it was an issue with the post office and that the second one would not be like that. Last night I finally opened the new one and it had bends throughout the entire decal which makes the decal not stick to the wall entirely and it created LARGE bubbles throughout the decal. I have lots of experience with wall decals and this has been by far the worst I have had. This was an expensive decal and to have it falling off the wall is REALLY frustrating.
