This dongle doesn't like Win 10 Pro 64 bit version

It worked in my Windows XP computer. But failed to work in Windows 10 pro 64 bit version on 2 different computers. One was a dell 780 Optiplex desktop and the other was a Dell latitude laptop. Both of those ran the pro win 10. It seemed to install correctly. But would not pair with my Blue tooth head set. The head set worked with the XP system. Using the mini blue dongle. And paired perfectly with my bluetooth factory installed IPad

Wrong item sent

They sent a case that had no cover flap as shown on picture. And was a little too tight fitting to quickly remove. The one they sent was open at the top. I decided to keep it any way. I cut the elastic side bands from the top down about 1/2 way. Now I can retrieve the phone quickly and it stays in place. It's funny but I'm glad they sent the wrong case now. Because this modified one works better than the one with the top flap. Now I don't have the extra step of opening the top flap to reach the phone.

A great value. Nice computer for the money. We would buy from this source again !!

The computer worked as expected. Thought it had a Windows 10 64 bit OS. But it comes with a 32 bit of Windows 10. We were going to return it and they sent a RMA. So we are happy about their service also. But we decided to install a 64 bit version of Windows our self and keep it !!!
