Oil-based. One needs perhaps more of the product than initially anticipated but good quality after all....
Oil-based. But does what it says on the tin. I needed two coats for my kitchen tiles but now that's dry it is really great. I bought a 750ml can but needed to get another 250ml one to get the coverage I desired.

Not sure what the chemically components are but they don't seem to do very much...
I am sorry to have to say this, but I think it really doesn't work. It doesn't have a smell, and I tried it on an ant and a fly (I know and am so sorry), but absolutely nothing happened to them, they just marched and flew off. I watched the ant for a while and nothing. I would have tried it on a bedbug obviously but I couldn't find one. I am really not sure if they put just water inside. I would have it chemically tested but don't know where that is possible.

Really cute and entertaining. Jake is a very bad boy indeed... I certainly see dogs in a different light now...
