So much nicer than a regular broiler pan.

I baked a meat loaf on this pan. I like this idea because I have never liked my meatloaf cooking amongst the fat. With this cookware the oil collected in the bottom of the pan. The clean up was a great surprise. It soaked for 5 minutes and everything slid right off the pan. You'll absolutely love this feature.
