best of the best
This book is more or less the sequel to his book "Tao of Jeet kune do". A book for any martial art fanatic or jkd student. There is a DVD also on Bruce lees fighting method staring two of Bruce lees original students, Sifu Ted Wong and Sifu Richard Bustillo (Both of them have Passed away but I had the opportunity to go to Richard Bustillo seminars here in the UK). A book worth having, perfect for people who want to start taking up on martial arts.

cold steel at its best
Cold steel at its best. 10/10. Perfect for martial arts training. Much more robust than other rubber training knifes.
