Are these genuine Columbia lights?

They look like the Columbia flashlights but do not the Columbia name on them. Well see if they last as long.

Kershaw quality

The blade is well ground and polished, however the scales and liner lock feel cheap. Its worth the money if you are looking for throw it in a bug-out bag or tackle box knife, or if you lose your knives a lot.
