Great for colds
I have been taking one or two of these tiny "pills" once a day during flu season from mid-September thru mid-April for many years. If I do get a cold, I take about half a tube which helps symptoms. I haven't really had a cold over the last three years (I did have Covid last January-is it possible that this helped me not be quite so sick-don't really know) except I had a mild one for about a week and a half about a month ago. I used to have 2-3 miserable colds every winter lasting a month at a time.
