It works!

Love memory foam, love the lopsided cut, it needs to be a little more rounded on the corners but works great. Late at night I swap the pillow to the other end and enjoy the coolness!

The camera works, but there's a bunch of...

The camera works, but there's a bunch of little things that are very annoying to me. Firstly, I cannot turn off the infrared since the camera is mounted inside a window, at night it can't see anything at all. Secondly when viewing the video through a web browser, the screen turns gray often. Thirdly, the green tracking boxes keep flashing on the screen and it's distracting when I'm looking at something else. Fourthly the zoom ratio is inadequate, it's not wide enough at the wide end.

Refurb appears brand new

I had a DC40, didn't know the DC65 is actually larger, heavier, wider brush. Harder to handle but much more aggro cleaning than the DC40, much stronger brushroll actually pulls the vacuum across the carpet. Which is totally fine except for the pullback stroke. Dysons clog if you look at them crosseyed, so remember it's great to pickup dust, dirt, fur, not so great for anything larger than a pea.
