Good Reference Material
This is an informative read with splashes of humor in the mix. I trust the source given his inclusion of research and other studies. Without those, it becomes pure conjecture, theory, or personal opinion. That said, all of these are worthy of consideration. Even though research is often skewed toward the preferred outcome of the person, special interest group, or producer of a product financing said research, it's the closest thing we have for verification other than personal experience! One must always be aware of dubious doings in such matters! I love good fiction, just not applied to my physiology or mental health!

a great product
I am always looking for organic, chemical free hygiene and personal care products. Nourish has a line that I have used for the past couple years. Their face lotion is light, absorbant, and prefect for hydration. The scent is pleasant and very delicate also.
