Extremely long shipping

I would love to give an honest review on the quality and the content of the book. Unfortunately, I ordered this over a month ago and still haven't received it. Tracking shows it playing ping pong between NJ and PA. It's gone back and forth three times. I live in PA and it shipped from NY. I could've walked there and back by now. If I ever actually receive it, maybe I'll be able to actually review the product.

Bad instructions

I opened the package and attempted to install it. The instructions are very vague and it says I have to install the SIM card. Was it supposed to come with a SIM card or do I have to buy one? I honestly have no idea how well this thing works because I don't know how to use it. It needs better instructions.
