Microphone's not very sensitive
1 of 1 found this helpful Not sure about transmit frequency range as specs are extremely vague. Sound quality is good, but you just about have to 'eat' the microphones to be heard... Definitely will need to make software adjustments "if you can"

Great quality for low price
2 of 2 found this helpful Great quality sound, compared to the cheaper knockoffs... There is no on/off switch so Mic is always On... Microphone feels sturdy/solid in hands and not some super lightweight plastic. Cord is also pretty long and with an adaptor works great for PC and Believe this Microphone would also be great for any small professional setup.

Mixed Results.
Being that the items are used, they each came with their own quirks. 1- half the buttons don't want to work very well (if at all) due to possible dirty contacts. 2- handset release switch(on/off hook switch) has the usual issues of being worn and 'sticking'. The ones I purchased were not refurbished so my issues are 'workable'.
The good/best about theses phones is that there is a lot of information out there if you do run into any problems with upgrading/provisioning. Also with only being a 2line model there are fewer things to go wrong.
