Only brush you need.
Used these back in the eighties! Awesome brushes. Bought 3 for my daughter who just discovered vinyl music to go with vintage turntable for Christmas. These brushes are what has kept my '70s lps like new.

Great for bigger fish
Stays sharp, takes an edge easily. great weight and feel when filleting fish. Long lasting as my first one lasted 12 years. I would not recommend putting it in dishwasher although you can, I just hand wash.

Best slicer ever!
Great knife. Slices ham paper thin as it is really sharp and stays sharp. The handle is of good weight and with the grip design gives you excellent control. Length is great for brisket, ham and turkey but a little long for some smaller meats. Also cuts crusty bread with ease.Buy it, you'll be amazed!
