Good value, good quality in general but does malfunction a lot compared to the product from official dealers
Much cheaper compared to directly buying it from Plantronics. However, the quality can be questionable sometimes. The volume button, in particular, has stopped working a few times ever since I bought it half a month ago. I never got such problems with the original one I bought from Plantronics.

The book arrive much earlier than expected and is still in great condition! The content of the book can be verified and reviewed eslewhere.

Best value for those with complex tripod rigs.
Pros:
- Really good value. The only competition right now is the MOVE plates from Manfrotto. Manfrotto has a better locking mechanism but are also significantly more expensive. Plus, they only offer 1 size.
- Build quality is great and the products came nicely packaged. The lock and plates are tight, as so far I could not perceive any noticeable decrease in tripod stiffness.
Cons:
- Since the lock uses a twist mechanism, unlocking might lead to accidental unscrewing of the plate. Not a detrimental design flaw but just something that users should keep in mind.
