Cute and unique--but a project
Other than the fact that it took my husband and I over 3 hours (with breaks) to put this bad boy together, I absolutely love how it came out. This is a good quality piece of furniture, it's just that all the screws and other hardware made it a project. I have a Harry Potter themed reading room and thought this "staircase" bookshelf would go perfectly. The drawers and doors are unique touches and add a bit of privacy among the display. I decided not to put the separator in one of the bottom shelves in case I wanted the space to stack heavy books. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
