Usually out of repurpose clothing. Like pants, jackets and shorts. I will add jewelry I make. And other items that are unique. Hope you find things you can enjoy and use for years to come. Did not work.
I felt more tired and more joint pain when I was using it then not. So I had to stop using it. I was hoping for help with energy and fatigue and joint pain. I wasn't even expecting it to do all the other things that claimed. When I saw it had a home made label printed. I should have listen to my instincts and not get them. I got 3 bottles of pills that don't work.
