XM Satellite Radio Direct Home Tuner for XM Ready Home Stereo Tuners

Exactly what I was looking for.

I have an older (2005) AV amplifier that is XM ready, but has a special jack that prevents me from just plugging in a satellite radio antenna. This direct home tuner solved that problem. I don't know if it is refurbished or not, but it came packaged looking like new, and included the Sirius XM Direct Home Tuner setup guide. The antenna that plugs into the direct home tuner has a 25' cable, so antenna placement is not a problem. Works great! I am now able to use XM radio feature of my AV Receiver/Amplifier that I have never been able to use before. I am very happy.
