New or Used?
1 of 1 found this helpful I received my vacuum and followed the instructions on putting it together. When it came to the time of putting the bottom on, I noticed that the vacuum already had dirt In it, as well as the filter being covered in dirt and other things. I am confused as to why it looks like someone had already used this vacuum? As well as scratches to the outside of the product.
