Junk, and here is why
0 of 1 found this helpful If you go to make a single coffee with one of those custom coffee inserts, the prong that is suppose to cut through the thin top of those custom cups doesn't stick down far enough to cut through the top of the custom coffee insert.. Therefore, the water goes around the actual custom coffee insert and you end up with just hot water.Several attempts were made to fix the prototype I bet, but you still have a piece of junk. There is a single coffee filter in which you can fill regular coffee into that works, and you will end up dumping your custom coffee inserts into that as well because it doesn't work worth a darn with the prepackaged single inserts.

Perfect gag gift or prank for the office
