Excellent
Works very well. Im on pain medications which causes constipation. Ended up in the ER one time. They prescribed these. I take them daily. Nothing else worked!!

It is small, paperback, with the new and old Testaments! I have several. Just love it!!!

They shut out all noice. Im a lite sleeper but with fibromyalgia I need my good sleep. Been wearing them over 25 years. Then I found these and been wearing them 10 years!!!
