Well tolerated iron supplement
No constipation with this product. Good increase in my ferritin level in just 2 weeks compared to regular ferrous gluconate or ferrous sulfate over the counter supplements.

I love this leave-in conditioner
I use it on natural 4c hair and it helps capture my curl pattern in a natural not wet looking way and is not sticky like you would thick of honey once applied to damp or wet hair.
